Rishi Shukla is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Bram Capital Partners, a private investment firm that strategically invests in and partners with lower middle-market businesses. Previously, he co-founded and served as CEO of Beacon Dental Health, one of the fastest growing multi-site healthcare services platforms in the U.S. The business was acquired in 2021. Prior to Beacon Dental Health, he was CFO and a member of the Management and Investment Committees at Next Street Financial, a growth capital and advisory firm. Earlier, he was a senior Hospital Administrator at Boston Medical Center, where he spearheaded the launch and development of a pediatric specialty center. He was also Co-founder and CEO of Fitness Forward, a healthcare technology and services company focused on empowering children to lead healthier lifestyles. The business was recognized by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as one of the most innovative disease prevention programs in the nation. Rishi is the recipient of the U.S. Navy Distinguished Achievement Award and earned a B.A. in neuroscience from Boston University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

He serves on the boards of several corporations and non-profit organizations, including St. Francis House, UP Academy Charter Schools, the Downtown Boston BID, and the Downtown Boston Neighborhood Association. Rishi and his wife, Anita, reside in Downtown Boston with their children and puppy. He is an avid tennis player and enjoys coaching youth sports and mentoring students.
